As a Designer, your primary responsibility will be to create and design high-quality bespoke furniture that matches clients' exact specifications, blending design flair with practicality. Key responsibilities for the Designer include to:

  • Be the face of the company, building and nurturing relationships with clients, ensuring that all communication is clear, professional, and timely.
  • Produce creative, functional designs that are both beautiful and practical. Attention to detail is essential in this role.
  • Manage your projects, from initial designs to final installation, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and clients are delighted.
  • Work seamlessly with the rest of the design and production team, ensuring smooth project delivery and high standards.


Skills and Experience needed for the Designer role:

  • Accuracy is key, as their clients expect flawless designs.
  • You’ll be working with a variety of clients, so your ability to connect with people is essential.
  • A strong design eye with the ability to create bespoke solutions that match the client’s brief.
  • You’ll need to be comfortable with spreadsheets, emails, and documentation.
  • Experience in high-end bespoke design is highly desirable.
  • CAD knowledge is a plus but not a must.

Over the years they have built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and a customer-focused approach, working with high-net-worth clients and renowned interior designers, architects, and builders.

They are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of projects, ensuring their designs and manufacturing processes meet budget expectations while maintaining the quality the company is known for. The successful candidate will be working closely with the designers and project managers to provide timely and precise costings for a range of bespoke furniture and architectural joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities include to:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for bespoke furniture and joinery projects, including materials, labour, and overhead costs.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender submissions for larger projects.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure that they stay within budget. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.

Skills and Experience needed for the role of Estimator:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator within the building, furniture and joinery industries.
  • Excellent understanding of cost breakdowns, material costs, labour estimates and project budgeting.
  • Familiarity with estimating software and spreadsheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost calculations.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to engage with both internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Problem-solving ability and the capacity to find cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.


This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. They are open to the candidate working from their London or Cheshire locations with the possibility of a hybrid arrangement. In return they can offer:
£45,000 - £55,000 per year plus company pension and private medical and dental insurance. Company events and cycle to work scheme.

With a strong small team, they are currently looking to recruit a BIM / Revit Technician into their team who has aspirations to deliver a consistent project quality.

You should already have skills and experience in BIM / Revit and of working on commercial projects. Also, the capacity to work on models, to be able to accurately interact with other design organisations and a knowledge of Uniclass & COBIE classifications and Navisworks will be important.

In addition to the above, there is the capacity to expand and extend software knowledge to include design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and lighting calculation software including Dialux Evo and AGi32. Personal development training is available to candidates to enable and facilitate increased knowledge and expertise in these.

They are currently looking to recruit a Lighting Designer to work on a variety of high-end projects across a full range of market sectors that include workplaces, hospitality, galleries, transport and residential. The location is flexible to suit the successful candidate and can be office based (near Watford), remote (still UK based though) or a hybrid arrangement. This role will provide an introduction to lighting design as a creative discipline, with a focus on technical knowledge, an understanding of lighting principles, and familiarity with industry standards. You will gain hands-on experience in architectural consultancy, working on a range of exciting commercial, residential, hospitality, gallery and public realm projects. You should possess a degree or similar qualification in visual design, digital design or a related field along with a working knowledge of Adobe CS, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.

As an experienced Designer / Maker you will be utilising your knowledge of how things are made to look at drawn designs, the materials used and production time to suggest more efficient alternatives to reach the most cost-effective approach for the company and their clients without compromising quality of design or finish.

Key Responsibilities also include to:

  • Liaising with sales to understand the scope of custom or bespoke projects and advising.
  • Consult with technical experts, internally and externally, to gather costs and processes for manufacturing.

They work with interior designers, architects, developers and contractors and are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and organised individual to take on the role of Workshop Manager and contribute to business strategy as a member of the leadership team.

It will be a very hands-on role so you should be well versed in a range of construction techniques from traditional to modern fixings with extensive knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes. Overseeing production scheduling at the Workshop you will be expected to deliver projects on time to high quality standards.

You will also be:

  • Managing all aspects of purchasing and processing orders received
  • Overseeing all aspects of goods in and out
  • Managing all aspects of H&S including machine servicing and repairs

Well-known for creating finely detailed commercial furniture for the workplace, our client are currently seeking a Product Designer to work on a variety of prestigious and challenging projects as part of their internal design team. The role will require close communication with the client, design and production team so you will be working mainly in the office with the occasional need to travel for site surveys. 

The role is full-time with flexible start and end times offered and the possibility to work I day per week at home.

The successful applicant will be responsible for taking ownership of projects working on front end concept drawings and renders through to elevations, GA’s and production ready drawings for the workshop and  CNC machines. Also helping to refine value engineering and new solutions to the drawing and production process.

They are hoping to find someone with a balance between the creative and production / technical design. Less of a ‘Design Engineer’ behind the scenes with a leaning toward joinery, furniture and woodwork.


Skills and experience needed for the Product Designer:

  • Ideally at least 3 years’ experience from the furniture manufacturing sector
  • Strong drawing and technical detailing skills
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • SolidWorks is essential, AutoCAD and Adobe CS an advantage but not a necessity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
