They are now seeking a Kitchen Technical Designer to work alongside the Lead Designer to create all the technical drawings and layouts for presentation and manufacture. As this is not a sales role (although there are opportunities if wanted) the working days will be Monday to Friday. The showroom is based near Godalming in Surrey.

Person / Experience Required:

• 3+ years' experience designing and drawing up kitchens
• Keen, enthusiastic and a team player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good drawing and planning skills
• CAD literate, they have AutoCAD, ArtiCAD and Winner

This company design, build and install bars and work with many of the UK's leading operators as well as overseas. They specialise in two core areas:

1. The design and build of the stainless equipment behind the bar
2. Full build for the bar including tops and front and back bar fittings

They are looking for a dynamic 3D product / furniture designer to work on a broad range of bar projects including restaurant, hotel, leisure and high end bar design, liaising with site trades and suppliers and bringing fresh ideas and a can do attitude to the design and development process.

Person / Experience Required:

• CAD skills are vital both 2D and 3D using AutoCAD / Archicad and Solidworks
• Either a recent graduate with work experience or up to 2 years' experience in industry
• Understanding of ergonomic design
• Detailed knowledge of manufacturing processes and different materials and finishes
• Experience with detailing and producing drawings for manufacture
• Degree in 3D design product, furniture or interiors

Everything they design is completely bespoke, and their team of designers, cabinet-makers, project managers and fitters are all dedicated to making furniture of the topmost quality, delivered with outstanding service, discretion and integrity.

They are now seeking a Furniture Designer to design bespoke projects from a client brief, but as it is all about the individual and their capabilities then they might consider instead a more junior designer or production engineer. If this were the case then additional training and support can be provided.

Person / Experience Required:

• The successful candidate will be fluent in interior space planning and the design of fitted furniture, kitchens and bathrooms
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in high end design projects
• You will need the ability to manage project financials and obtain quotations, and to manage external suppliers such as bespoke metal work and stone
• The candidate will need good knowledge of historical furniture and architectural details as well as a flair for contemporary design
• Other skills required include a basic knowledge of building structure, mechanical and electrical services, and site surveys
• The candidate will need to be AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient, with good literacy and communication skills, both verbal and written
• If your skills are less creative then strong AutoCAD, SketchUp and / or Inventor will be needed to match a more technical role

This role is for a senior interior designer / manager who can take an overview of all the design work being undertaken in-house throughout the company spanning kitchens, bathrooms, joinery and interior design. Person / Experience Required:

• At least 6 years' interior design experience to include residential properties in the London marketplace

This boutique design practice based near Bath creates elegant interiors for their clients that make everyday living comfortable, engaging and inspirational. They have a small team of creative designers who work with architects, contractors and suppliers to design, decorate and refurbish residential and commercial properties. They are currently looking to recruit an Interior Designer (V03060) to work with the senior design team to conceptualise, design and deliver sophisticated interiors.

You will be involved in creative design projects, as part of a flexible team or independently, translating design concepts into detailed working drawings and supporting documentation. You’ll need to effectively communicate detail design in CAD, presentation and written formats, liaise with consultants, contractors, suppliers and project teams and accompany senior design team members to presentations with clients.

As a skilled interior designer (with a degree in furniture, product or interior design) and 3-5 years’ of experience, creative flair, excellent technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to see a project through from conception to implementation you will also need to be highly proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D CAD (preferably Sketchup) and Excel with good hand drawing skills an advantage. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and good knowledge of FF&E with the ability to manage budgets and projects, understand the design process.

From initial concept through to installation, they offer the skills, experience, drive and client awareness required to complete any project to their customer requirements. Their comprehensive range of standard and bespoke designs include Solar Shading Systems Louvres, Walkways, Canopies and Balustrading.

They are currently seeking a Junior Project Designer to work on a variety of projects at any one time, which will include design carried out using AutoCAD / Inventor, some site surveys, procurement of materials and general project management to ensure each project is within budget and on time. This will evolve with further responsibilities taking their own project from initial brief to installation. Full product training will be given but an understanding of the construction industry would be preferred. This role would suit either a recent graduate or a 2nd jobber early on in their career with an enthusiastic personality, looking to grow their project management skills.

Person / Experience Required:

• Graduate in Product Design  Industrial Design
• Good AutoCAD skills, they also use Inventor so knowledge of this would be an advantage
• Basic project management skills
• Ideally with some experience within the construction / architecture / product design industries
• Pro-active to help to grow the business
